About This Position:

Onelin Capital Corporation (OCC) is a Seattle and Silicon Valley-based multi-asset investment management firm. Currently, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Operation Trainee.

As a Management Operation Trainee, you will be able to participate in every aspect of our company. Our Management Trainee will be assigned a direct mentor to learn how to excel at business development and operations. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Work in different departments alongside supervisors and employees to acquire knowledge of the company’s operations, policies, procedures, and vision.
  • Analyze and understand company reports related to efficiencies, profit, and business activity.
  • Rotate through different departments to gain exposure to various functions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members and department heads to understand workflows, processes, and the overall business ecosystem.
  • Participate in the preliminary business plan drafting.
  • Learn and understand company policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and summarize meeting notes and ensure that team members are regularly informed of the status of ongoing projects.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on project status, findings, and recommendations.
  • Future opportunity of working in our parent company located in China assisting with business operations and development.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administrations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in real estate is a plus.
