It aims to become a high-tech enterprise R&D base and an innovation incubator, by implementing the national strategy of innovation and international business development to attract businesses and investments from international high-tech enterprises and recruit top talent.

Grand Technology Park is a key industrial project in the Guangzhou Development Zone. It aims to build an international talent community that integrates production, living and ecology. The Club is the model house of it, merging Western functionalism with Eastern views of nature. On a hillside, the building has a poetic courtyard, a patio with light and shadows, with living and social spaces in both Chinese and Western styles. A human settlement enjoys multi functions and embraces nature as much as possible, embodying a nearly perfect design practice.
